Tami spent nearly 20 years with Securian Financial Group and fully expected to retire with the firm. However, Shurwest recruited her to work alongside her sister, Melanie Schulze-Miller, where she is overseeing the life insurance service team here at Shurwest. Tami has an array of experience including recruiting, advisor training and extensive client services. In addition to financial service experience, she also spent several years in the real estate industry, so she understands the needs and concerns of driven sales professionals.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and her three dogs.
